Sterling Stiger is a co-founder who recently graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations. With her passion for entrepreneurship, brand strategy, and social media marketing, she is a driving force behind Featr.’s product innovation and community expansion. Through creating partnerships with both individuals and businesses, she truly understands what it takes to identify customer needs and generate effective solutions. Her experience working for start-ups, corporations, and non-profits has allowed her to exercise her project management and strategic analysis skills to create true impact for the teams she has worked with. Additionally, Sterling leverages her vision for coalition-building to create an inclusive environment that celebrates individuality, creativity, and accessibility.
Sophie Zhang | Full-Stack Developer
Brown University `25 | Computer Science
Sophie Zhang is a full-stack developer concentrating in Computer Science, graduating in 2025. She has a background developing full-stack web and mobile applications through past software engineering internships, clubs, and personal projects. Through building engaging user interfaces backed by robust, data-driven systems, she is actively leveraging and building upon these skills to further Featr.’s vision.
